Temporary Position in Anatomic Veterinary Pathology - The Department of Pathology, College of Veterinary Medicine , The University of Georgia has a position for an instructor in anatomic veterinary pathology.

The position is available November 1, 2007. Applications will be considered until the position is filled. Qualified candidates will hold a DVM equivalent degree from an accredited school of veterinary medicine and are eligible for the ACVP certifying examination. Consideration will be given for those candidates needing preparation time for the certifying examination.

The Pathology department participates in a busy surgical pathology and necropsy service and has excellent archives for exam preparation. Duties will include participation in diagnostic pathology services, instructing residents and senior veterinary students in diagnostic pathology and limited teaching responsibilities in other pathology courses.
