Our Mission
The Infectious Diseases Lab (IDL) in the Dept. of Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine provides accurate diagnoses using advanced technology via its Companion Animal Diagnostics, established in 1987, and its Zoo, Exotic Animal, and Wildlife Diagnostics, established in 1997.
PLEASE NOTE: Avian adenovirus ISH is now available. The NON-psittacine polyomavirus DNA in situ hybridization test; KHV and avian polyomavirus serology are currently unavailable due to technical difficulties. We apologize for the inconvenience.
