"It was interesting to hear the viewpoints of not only the other scholars, but to also get input from some of the investigators and sponsors in regards to their experiences in their related fields of study. I found our discussions tended to go "outside the box" and addressed not only scientific issues, but also how they relate to ethics, society, and their relationship with veterinary medicine."
