Orientation

An orientation that consists of morning lectures and afternoon workshops and discussions is held the first week of GVSP. In 2013, Orientation will be Monday, May 13-Friday, May 17. This orientation will cover topics that include the interpretation of biomedical literature, ethical conduct in science, the conduct of hypothesis-driven research, and the exploration of research opportunities for veterinarians. Brown Bag Lunches

Each session is on a Wednesday and begins at 12 p.m. All sessions will be held in the Board Room (room 222) of the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Summer Science Sessions & Groups

The Summer Science Series provides an opportunity for the scholars to interact with various faculty members within the College of Veterinary Medicine. Students meet at a faculty member's house and discuss a paper.

All Summer Sciences will be held on a Thursday evening at 7:00pm
