2009 Staff Honors
• Kip Carter was awarded the Will Shepherd Award of Excellence for Instructional Color Illustration at the 2009 Conference of the Association of Medical Illustrators.
2009 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, May 7, 2009.
The Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Michelle Knebel, an administrative assistant in the Small Animal Teaching Hospital.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Abbie Butler, assistant chief histology technician in the Department of Pathology.
The award winners receive a commemorative plaque and a $500 award.

2008 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Administrative Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, May 8, 2008.
The Administrative Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Amanda R. Crawford, business manager of the Pathology department.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Paula B. Bartlett, a lab manager in the Athens Diagnostic Laboratory.
2007 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Administrative Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, May 10, 2007.
The Administrative Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Natalie Norton, a research professional in large animal medicine.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Anita Merrill, the chief medical technician in clinical pathology at the Tifton Diagnostic Laboratory.
