2011 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon on May 12, 2011.
The Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Renita Anthony, the College Grants Coordinator in the Dean's Office.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was awarded to Melissa Christian, a registered veterinary technician in the Large Animal Teaching Hospital.
The award winners receive a commemorative plaque and a $500 award.
2010 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, May 13, 2010.
The Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Mark Chastain, the farm supervisor at Rose Creek Farm, in the Department of Population Health.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Amanda Pearce, a registered veterinary technician in the Community Practice Clinic.
The award winners receive a commemorative plaque and a $500 award.
2010 Staff Honors and Achievements
• Pamela Currin, a lab technician III in the Athens Diagnostic Lab, and Michelle Duncan, medical technologist in the department of Pathology, graduated from the Foundations of Leadership and Management Program offered thorugh UGA's Training and Development department.
2009 Staff Honors
• Kip Carter was awarded the Will Shepherd Award of Excellence for Instructional Color Illustration at the 2009 Conference of the Association of Medical Illustrators.

The Non-clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Michelle Knebel, an administrative assistant in the Small Animal Teaching Hospital.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Abbie Butler, assistant chief histology technician in the Department of Pathology.
The award winners receive a commemorative plaque and a $500 award.

The Administrative Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Amanda R. Crawford, business manager of the Pathology department.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Paula B. Bartlett, a lab manager in the Athens Diagnostic Laboratory.
2007 Staff Appreciation
The Clinical and Administrative Staff Appreciation Awards were announced at the Staff Appreciation Luncheon, May 10, 2007.
The Administrative Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Natalie Norton, a research professional in large animal medicine.
The Clinical Staff Appreciation Award was presented to Anita Merrill, the chief medical technician in clinical pathology at the Tifton Diagnostic Laboratory.
