Small mammal endoscopy
The endoscope can be used in small mammals, including rabbits, rodents, ferrets, as well as dogs and cats. The most common indications appear to be oral exams and endoscope assisted tracheal intubation, although laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, otoscopy, rhinoscopy, coloscopy, cystoscopy and vaginoscopy are possible depending upon patient size and presenting signs.
