Purification of native viral proteins for vaccine use. Development of novel assays for biosensing of microorganisms: nanostructures (rods, particles) for in-vivo detection of microorganisms; nanoparticles as delivery platforms for antimicrobial therapeutics, vaccines, and anti-tumor agents.
