Monoclonal Antibody Project – includes processing three mice (microchipping, inoculations, bleeding), serology testing, fusion, hybridoma testing, and preservation of the two best cell lines with production and concentration of one liter of cell supernatant per line (if positives can be isolated). No deviations from protocol. Investigator must provide 2 mg antigen for injection (may be coupled to carrier, etc.) and 2-3 mg antigen for testing (purified, for best result in screening).
