The UGA CVM 49th Annual Veterinary Conference and Alumni Weekend

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities

The 49th Annual Veterinary Conference and Alumni Weekend is March 23-24, 2012, in Athens.

Paws, Whiskers and Wags has exhibited at the conference for several years.

We invite your company to join our effort as an exhibitor and/or a sponsor at the 49th Annual Veterinary Conference and Alumni Weekend.

As an exhibitor, we will advertise your logo on signs at the Classic Center, as well as in our printed awards program, conference brochure, and online at our registration website.

As a sponsor, you will receive the above advertisement plus we will display poster-size signs with your logo and sponsorship, display your logo on the projector screens during both lunches and the evening reception, and display any literature, promotional items, or signage you wish to provide. The Director of Continuing Education and the Dean will also acknowledge our vendors and sponsors.

Our two-day CE Conference attendance is between 190 to 230 veterinarians, and we average 350 to 375 at our Saturday evening reception.
