13. What are the important deadlines in the application process?
- September 15: Request for course substitutions or waivers and approval of online courses intended to meet a prerequisite requirement must be received by this date.
- October 3: Applications must be submitted by 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) online to VMCAS. Electronic evaluation forms must also be sent to VMCAS by Noon EDT.
- October 3: Official transcripts from all institutions of higher education the applicant attended must be sent to the Office for Academic Affairs postmarked by this date.
- October 3: Required Supplemental Application must be sent to the Office for Academic Affairs postmarked by this date.
- October 3: Official transcripts (see below)† from all institutions of higher education the applicant attended must be sent to the Office for Academic Affairs postmarked by this date.
- October 3: Standardized test scores must be received by the College (institution code 5752) by this date.
- February 1: Official transcripts of grades obtained in the fall term after the application deadline must be received by the College by this date.
† We require transcripts from each and every institution you have attended. This includes transient courses and joint enrollment during high school. We still require transcripts from every institution you have attended even if your courses are listed as transfer credits on another transcript. Failure to submit transcripts from each institution you have attended will result in an incomplete application that cannot be considered for admission.
