FAQs > Question #05
Q: What should my major be in college?
A: Specific courses are required for admission but not a specific major. As long as you take those required courses, major in anything that interests you. Most of our applicants major in animal health, animal science, or biological science. For more information about applied science and animal-related majors at UGA, visit the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences or e-mail them at discover@uga.edu. Additional science majors may be found in Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. For information on all majors at UGA, visit the UGA Bulletin Web site: www.bulletin.uga.edu.
