Where can I get an application for the DVM program?

You can obtain an application only from the Veterinary Medical College Application Service (VMCAS) web site (www.aavmc.org/vmcas/vmcas.htm). The deadline for submitting the application is October 1, 2007.

Where can I get the supplemental form for the DVM program?

The supplemental form is available online and is required of all applicants submitting an application through VMCAS. The deadline for submitting the form is October 1, 2007.
