Our three doctor, ‘Gold Standard’, companion animal practice is seeking a third full-time associate! Located just south of Dayton, OH, our practice shares the town of Miamisburg with 20,000 other residents. Miamisburg is the second of two locations and a new associate will have the opportunity to work with: * Two experienced doctors * Three to four veterinary technicians * Several Client Service Representatives * A Practice Manager In addition to a great support staff, Veterinarians will have the following equipment at their fingertips: * In-House Lab * In-House Pharmacy * Endoscopy * Ultrasound * Radiology * Laser * ECG * Monitoring equipment * Climate Controlled Boarding The practice owner already has a budding referral practice from local veterinarians. Referral practice consists of ultrasound, biopsy, chemotherapy, and orthopedic surgery including luxating patellas, cruciate repair, and fracture fixation. A new associate should: * Have some experience (at least a year) * Be service-oriented * Value client communication * Practice high-quality medicine * Enjoy personal relationships with clients * Help us strive for AAHA-accreditation The right candidate will be rewarded with: * A salary of between 60-80K plus 18-20% of production * 2 weeks vacation * Health Insurance * Retirement plan * All dues and licensing * Continuing Education * Uniforms * The opportunity for partnership Miamisburg itself is situated about 45 minutes north of Cincinnati (population close to half a million) and about 10 minutes south of Dayton (population near 200,000) and is a growing area with many new businesses and housing developments.
