An associate with an interest in any or all of the following would be welcomed with open arms: * Orthopedic or soft tissue surgery * Dentistry * Dermatology * Internal medicine Our high-end, small animal practice located in Cincinnati is very busy and we see a diverse caseload. Our services range from wellness exams to complex surgeries. There will be very few times you say to yourself, ‘It’s a little slow today’ but there will be many times you say, ‘Wow, what a day!’ We have an energetic support team of 35 that thrives on our challenging, fast paced environment. We encourage everyone to be open about issues so that practice gossip is minimal and synergy is maximized. In addition to a great working environment, we are able to offer the following equipment: * In house chemistry and CVC * Endoscopy * X-Ray * Dental Radiography * Tonometer * Blood Pressure Machines * High speed/low speed dental equipment A successful associate will have great communications skills, work well in a fast paced environment, be team oriented with an ability to work independently, willing to share a rotating on call emergency schedule of one night per week and one weekend every five weeks. We understand that emergency can be a tolling experience, however our practice is widely known and praised for being available to our clients and we continue to grow immensely as a result of our loyal clients who continue to spread the word. Our new associate will be generously rewarded with a starting base salary (commensurate with experience) of $70,000. Benefits include CE, insurance, Dues – one national and one local, liability, simple IRA, and 75% paid health insurance.
