Course information

Prerequisites: Must be a third year DVM student

Objectives:
The objective of this course is to teach the veterinary students the diagnostic principles involved in radiographic diagnoses and procedures. The course also covers proper radiation safety techniques and technical aspects for production of diagnostic radiographs. Introduction to alternate imaging modalities such as ultrasound, CT, and nuclear medicine will also be reviewed.
