About the Hospital

  • We have an in-house caseload of over 18,747 cases per year, while our field services team goes on approximately 2,270 calls and sees approximately 433,326 animals per year.

  • Current enrollment is 401 students in the DVM program, 69 PhD candidates, 4 DVM/PhD combined degree program students, 6 DVM/MPH combined degree students, and 32 master’s degree candidates, along with 32 residents and 15 clinical interns.
  • 74% of our DVM students are women.
  • 76 of our freshman class of DVM students come from Georgia, 17 from South Carolina, 6 from West Virginia, 2 from Delaware, and 1 from other states.
