How much of the drugs would you use on this horse? The horse weighs 450 kilograms.

	xylazine, 1.1 mg/kg, IV -> butorphanol, 0.05 mg/kg. IV -> 2% lidocaine-HCL, 10 ml into each spermatic cord
	xylazine, 1.1 mg/kg, IV -> diazepam, 0.05 mg/kg. IV -> ketamine, 2.2 mg/kg -> 2% lidocaine-HCL, 10 ml into each spermatic cord
	ketamine, 2.2 mg/kg -> xylazine, 1.1 mg/kg, IV -> diazepam, 0.05 mg/kg. IV -> 2% lidocaine-HCL, 10 ml into each spermatic cord
	xylazine, 2.2 mg/kg, IV -> diazepam, 0.05 mg/kg. IV -> ketamine, 1.1 mg/kg -> 2% lidocaine-epinephrine, 10 ml into each spermatic cord
